STUDENTS, FACULTY, & MILITARY
University students, faculty, military personnel are eligible to attend ATPS at a discounted rate, or at no cost. This includes students and faculty from any university, not just Texas A&M. Valid student, faculty, or military ID must be provided. Contact Debbie Maggs for more information on student, faculty, and military passes.

EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE BADGE
Registrant must be with an exhibiting company. Every exhibiting company receives (2) EXH badges per 10 x 10 space. Exhibitor registration information will be emailed to the primary booth contact.

EXHIBIT AREA ONLY
Registrant must be with an exhibiting company. Exhibit Area Only (EAO) badges are for personnel who work in the booth but do not wish to attend technical sessions. They are available for $200 per badge if purchased by 29 April 2022. After this deadline, price increases to $300. Exhibiting companies may purchase as many EAO badges as they like; there is no limit.

The Exhibit Hall is open to the public at specific times during the event. Attendees who register online or on-site may receive free access to the Exhibit Hall during the following times:
- Tuesday – 1000 to 1800
- Wednesday – 1000 to 1800
- Thursday – 0900 to 1300
