Late cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for personal hardships, natural disasters, or national emergencies. After the cancellation date, the Turbomachinery Lab will not refund for business decisions by a delegate’s employer, such as job reassignment, plant emergencies, etc. In the event of a no-show, Symposium and Short Course materials will be forwarded to the absent delegate. Registration fees cannot be applied toward future registrations.
The Turbomachinery Lab reserves the right to cancel any Short Course or Symposium in the event of insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such circumstances, all registration fees will be refunded. The Turbomachinery Lab will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges and hotel deposits.
Delegate Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to register@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Monday, 1 April 2020. A $100 administrative fee is required for cancellation.
Delegate Registration Substitution
Requests for delegate substitutions must be submitted via email to register@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Monday, 1 April 2020. Registration substitutions onsite will only be allowed with proper approval authorization from the original registrant. All delegate registration substitutions will be charged a $100 administrative fee.
Exhibit Area Only (EAO) Cancellations
Exhibit Area Only (EAO) badges not claimed or reallocated onsite are eligible to receive a refund. A request for refund must be submitted via email to exhibit@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Friday, 17 April 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date. Refunds are not available for exhibitors who attend short courses.
