ADVISORS & LEADERS

If you are a Technical Session Leader (Presenter) or an Advisory Committee member, you will be emailed a registration link. Your badge will have the same access as the Full Symposium Pass. Option available during registration to add a Short Course on Monday for an additional fee.

STUDENTS, FACULTY, & MILITARY

University students, faculty, military personnel are eligible to attend ATPS at a discounted rate, or at no cost. This includes students and faculty from any university, not just Texas A&M. Valid student, faculty, or military ID must be provided. Contact Debbie Maggs for more information on student, faculty, and military passes.

EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE BADGE

Registrant must be with an exhibiting company. Every exhibiting company receives (1) EXH badge per 3m x 3m space. Exhibitor registration information will be emailed to the primary booth contact.

  • Early access to Exhibit Hall for booth setup hours
  • Lunch in Exhibit Hall Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Inclusion in the post-event attendee list

EXHIBIT AREA ONLY

Registrant must be with an exhibiting company. Complimentary Exhibit Area Only (CEAO) and Exhibit Area Only (EAO) badges are for personnel who work in the booth but do not wish to attend technical sessions. Every exhibiting company receives (1) CEAO badge per 3m x 3m space. However, exhibiting companies may purchase as many additional EAO badges as they like; there is no limit.
