Hospitality Suite Request

REQUEST DUE MAY 15, 2017Only registered exhibitors will be assigned Hospitality Suites. All suites at the hotel have been reserved for the Symposia, and will be assigned at the discretion of the Turbomachinery Laboratory based on hospitality points.Companies interested in having live entertainment will need to book a public meeting room. After priority order is established, companies will be able to confirm selections and arrange hospitality details with the hotel.
