Anyone entering the Exhibit Hall is required to have a badge at all times, even during Set Up. While Exhibitor (EXH) badges come with your booth fee, you may want to purchase extra badges for additional personnel to man your booth.
EXHIBIT HALL SECURITY
Entry to the Exhibit hall is restricted when the Hall is closed to ensure safety and security. No one will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during closed hours unless approved by the Symposia Director or the Director of Exhibitor Services. If approval is granted, the exhibitor will be escorted by symposia staff or security.
SET UP ARMBANDS REQUIRED
Armbands are required for exhibitors setting up or breaking down booths.
Here’s what you need to know about the Set Up Armband:
- Valid only during set up times, Sunday – Monday and again Thursday and Friday.
- Retrieving a Set Up Armband does not require a registration form. Your Set Up crew simply needs to pick up an armband from the security.
- ATPS Event badges are required to enter the Exhibit Hall outside of Set Up hours. You can pick up your event badge starting Sunday, 1630-1800 and use it throughout the Symposia.
EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE BADGE (EXH)
Two EXH badges are allotted to your company per 3m x 3m booth space. These badges should be assigned to the personnel most interested in attending the technical sessions.
The EXH badge includes:
- Access to all technical sessions and the exhibit hall.
- Lunch in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday & Wednesday
- Gala Dinner at the Grand Hyatt Hotel on Wednesday
- Show attendee bag
OPTIONAL EXHIBIT AREA ONLY BADGE (EAO)
Exhibit Area Only (EAO) badges are for personnel who work in the booth but do not wish to attend technical sessions. They are available for $200 per badge if purchased by April 29th, 2024. After this deadline, price increases to $300. Exhibiting companies may purchase as many EAO badges as they like; there is no limit.
The EAO badge includes:

Exhibitors must register and pay an additional Short Course fee to attend.
